Do you ship internationally?

  • As of now we are UK wide only so do not ship abroad, but we are looking to expand our branding as we continue to grow so never say never.


Shipping and payment:


  • Prices for postage varies depending on the weight of the products you order:


2KG and under: £3.10 SECOND class (approx 3-5 working days from when posted!)

2KG and under: £5.57 FIRST class (approx 1-3 working days from when posted!)


2KG+: £5.50 SECOND class (approx 3-5 working days from when posted)

£10 FIRST class (approx 1-3 working days from when posted)



  • As we also have other jobs along side our business postal drops are every Monday and Tuesday plus an extra random day (sometimes) throughout the week, Please get your orders in by Saturday midnight to qualify for that following Monday / Tuesdays drop. If you need your items to arrive quicker for whatever reason please drop us a message on Instagram / Email us and we will see what we can for you!



Collecting your order?


  • Collections are available every week from Gloucester GL14SP. 

For collections please click “collection” at checkout, We will then get back to you within 48 hours to arrange a collection slot that suits you best and provide you with our full address to collect your order. 




What happens if a product is out of stock?


  • When ordering your custom mixes sometimes our sweets can go out of stock before we have chance to update our menu!! If 1-2 of your sweet options are out of stock we will make up the rest of the weight up with your other sweetie options. If more than two sweets are out of stock we will then get in touch with you to make substitutions.



Where can I find the ingredients?



You can find a full list of our sweets and their individual ingredients here (and then have a button that opens up the ingredients page) Please be aware we do have nut based confectionery and while we try our absolute best to keep this separate, we aren’t able control products we receive from external suppliers / warehouses.

We have got EVERYTHING labelled with all relevant products, allergens (WHEAT, DAIRY, SOYA). If you, or the recipient of your gift has an intolerance to any of these allergens please do not purchase. But if you do have an allergy or intolerance please get in touch and we will be happy to advise you on the best products and we can can take extra care when preparing your order.

Our vegan vegetarian and halal range are all kept separately!!



Returns and refunds:


Returns and Refunds are not available unless there is a issue or a mistake with your order.
